Project execution

The work plan of the project is presented bellow. Please note that the tasks’ timeline does not reflect the intensity of the effort at every possible moment, which in the general case will not be uniform throughout time. Also, it may happen that some tasks require some time beyond their planned life span to respond to unanticipated needs, which we expect to be minor.
